    The Salisbury University men’s tennis team’s top duo, junior Daniel Albers and sophomore Eric Spangler, dropped their first round match of the NCAA Tennis Championships. The pair lost to Timmy Berg and Pierre Planche of Bates College, 6-1, 6-2, Thursday afternoon at the Biszantz Family Tennis Center.

    For the first time since 2010, members of the Salisbury University men’s tennis team will compete in the NCAA Men’s Tennis Championships, as junior Daniel Albers and sophomore Eric Spangler will take the court tomorrow at 6 p.m., eastern time. The Sea Gulls’ top team will take on Timmy Berg and Pierre Planche of Bates College in the first round of the doubles championships at the Biszantz Family Tennis Center.
