KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Salisbury University men's soccer team has been ranked as the No. 20 team in the nation according to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
This marks the second week in a row that the Sea Gulls (11-3-3, 6-0-2 CAC) have been nationally ranked by the NSCAA; moving up four spots from a week ago.
Salisbury goes into the No. 20 spot after beating Wesley College on October 28, 2-0, to capture the Capital Athletic Conference regular-season title.
Atop the NSCAA poll is Calvin College. Rounding out the top five is Thomas More College, Montclair State University, Trinity University (Texas), and Brandeis University.
Salisbury next takes the field on Wednesday, November 4 when it hosts the University of Mary Washington in a CAC semifinal matchup. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m.
