BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Salisbury University men's soccer team is ranked No. 22 in the latest D3Soccer.com Top 25 poll, the website announced Tuesday.
Salisbury (6-2-1, 2-1-0 CAC) rose from No. 24 last week after defeating York (Pa.) College, 1-0, on junior midfielder Jeremy Moyer's 99th-minute golden goal on Saturday.
The Sea Gulls received 113 points in the poll, finishing ahead of Montclair State University (109), Baldwin-Wallace College (98) and Misericordia University (70).
The top seven teams remained unchanged from last week's poll. Messiah College (17), Christopher Newport University (four), Ohio Wesleyan University (two) and St. Lawrence University (two) all earned first-place votes.
SU returns to action Wednesday, hosting Johns Hopkins University at the SU Soccer Complex. Kickoff is slated for 4 p.m.
