DANBURY, Conn. – Salisbury University volleyball junior Katie Stouffer has earned all of the accolades she has collected this year, and another came on Thursday afternoon when the Eastern College Athletic Conference announced its 2015 South All-Stars and the Frederick, Maryland native was named to the first team.
