VIDEO: Women's Lacrosse vs. Brockport
The fifth ranked Salisbury University women’s lacrosse team moved to 6-0 on the season after picking up a 13-10 win over The College at Brockport on Friday afternoon. Dana King scored five goals in the first half, including the first three of the game. King ended the game with six goals and has now scored 21 goals in the last four games, including six goals in three of the last four games. The senior was a perfect 2-of-2 on free position shots in the game. Allie Hynson collected five draw controls in the game, which moved her into third in program history with 127 in her career. Gianna Falcone made six saves in net to earn the win for the Sea Gulls. Falcone also recorded four groundballs and came up with a big turnover in the final minutes to secure the victory. Sophomore Emily McQuay was one of three players to record two goals in the game for Salisbury. McQuay also added an assist on this nice feed to King. Salisbury travels to Bradenton, Florida for spring break, where it will take on No. 13 William Smith College on Monday, March 19 at 11 a.m.
