Sea Gulls top seed in CAC tournament

ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. - The No. 2 Salisbury University women's lacrosse team will enter the 2007 Capital Athletic Conference tournament as the top seed for the fifth consecutive year. The Sea Gulls have won the past four CAC titles.

Salisbury, who owns a 15-1 record, will host eighth-seeded Marymount (Va.) on Sunday, April 22 at 1 pm. Second-seeded Mary Washington will entertain seventh-seeded Villia Julie, third-seeded Catholic will face sixth-seeded York (Pa.) and fourth-seeded St. Mary's will take on fifth-seeded Goucher.

The Sea Gulls defeated Marymount, 22-0, on March 14.
