THE SALISBURY UNIVERSITY WOMEN’S BASKETBALL TEAM HOSTED CAPITAL ATHLETIC CONFERENCE OPPONENT YORK COLLEGE OF PENNSYLVANIA ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16 AT MAGGS PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES CENTER. A THREE POINTER BY KYLIE WEBB JUST 40 SECONDS INTO THE CONTEST MARKED THE FIRST BASKET OF THE GAME FOR THE SEA GULLS. BUT IT WAS RACHEL RYAN WHO CARRIED HER TEAM TO A VICTORY WITH 11 POINTS AND 11 REBOUNDS TO MARK HER THIRD DOUBLE-DOUBLE OF THE SEASON. WITH THE 73-65 VICTORY, THE SEA GULLS JUMP TO 4-1 IN CONFERENCE PLAY AND WILL RETURN TO ACTION WHEN THEY HOST CAC OPPONENT FROSTBURG STATE UNIVERSITY ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 19.
