KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Salisbury University men's soccer team has been ranked No. 24 in the country as announced by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America on Tuesday.

At the top of the poll sits Amherst College. Rounding out the top five is, Calvin College, Franklin & Marshall College, Thomas More College, and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Salisbury is the only Capital Athletic Conference team ranked, or receiving votes in the poll.

Salisbury next takes the field on Wednesday, October 28, when it hosts Wesley College in the final regular-season match for each team.

The Sea Gulls, by virtue of a CAC decision regarding an ineligible player announced on Wednesday, now sit in the top spot in the CAC. The Gulls would win the regular season CAC title with either a win or a tie and a York College of Pennsylvania tie or loss.
