SU men’s soccer ranked No. 21 in season’s first NSCAA poll

 KANSAS CITY, Kan. – The Salisbury University men's soccer team is ranked No. 21 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Top 25 Poll, the organization announced Tuesday.

Salisbury (2-0-0) won the Elmer Lord Classic over the weekend at the SU Soccer Complex. The Sea Gulls defeated Penn State University-Altoona, 4-1, on Saturday and Eastern Mennonite University, 2-0, on Sunday.

Trinity College claimed the top spot in the first NSCAA poll of the season.

SU has also earned the No. 3 ranking in the NSCAA South Atlantic Region Poll behind Christopher Newport University and Roanoke College.

Salisbury is back in action on Wednesday when it travels to Washington College for a 7 p.m. match.
