DANBURY, Conn. - Salisbury University men's lacrosse junior Colin Reymann has been named the Eastern College Athletic Conference's Corvias Division III South Defensive Player of the Week, the organization announced on Tuesday.
In Salisbury's 2-0 week, Reymann came away with 27 saves, good for a .674 save percentage.
In the Gulls' first game against then-No. 7 York College of Pennsylvania, Reymann had a career-high 15 stops, while only conceding five goals as the Gulls took care of the Spartans, 17-5.
Reymann then tallied his second-straight, double-digit save game, stopping 12 shots against then-No. 15 Cabrini College to come away with a 17-8 win.
Reymann leads the Capital Athletic Conference this season with a 4.69 goals-against average and a .654 save percentage.
Salisbury returns to action on Saturday, April 23 when it hosts CAC No. 4 Frostburg State University in a CAC semifinal contest. Game time is to be determined.
