Kendrick named CAC Co-Player of the Week

YORK, Pa. - Senior midfielder Brandon Kendrick of the No. 2 Salisbury University men's lacrosse team was named Capital Athletic Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Week along with York (Pa.) College attackman Tyler Davis, the league announced on Monday.

Kendrick led Salisbury in its 10-5 victory over Frostburg State University on Saturday with four points, and he was the only Sea Gull with multiple goals, leading the team with three.

He added two ground balls in the game, as well.

After leading the Sea Gulls to their first CAC victory, the Arbutus, Md., native now has 11 points on the year and is tied for fourth on the team with eight goals.

Kendrick is the first Sea Gull to be honored as a conference player of the week this season.

Salisbury will be back in action on Wednesday against Washington (Md.) College at Sea Gull Stadium; the game is set for 4 p.m.
