MINNEAPOLIS – The Salisbury University men's basketball team will head into the NCAA tournament as the No. 16 team in the nation, with the release of the final top-25 coaches poll by D3hoops.com of the regular season.
Salisbury picked up 138 points in this week's poll to climb four spots, and sits just five points behind No. 15 Lycoming College.
The Sea Gulls head to the NCAA tournament with a 20-7 record, after advancing to the Capital Athletic Conference championship game. Salisbury earned an at-large bid into the NCAA tournament, and will head to Neumann University for a first-round game against Endicott College on Friday, March 3 beginning at 5:30 p.m.
