CENTERVILLE, Mass. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference announced its 2013-14 Division III South Men's Basketball All-Star teams and senior Tim Harwood was honored for his outstanding play during the season, the organization announced.
The Rockville, Md., native led the Sea Gulls with 14.2 points per game, which was tied for the seventh-highest average in the Capital Athletic Conference and for those efforts was named a Second-Team All-Star.
Harwood hit on 47.5 percent of his three-pointers on the year to lead the squad. For his career, Harwood made 45.8 percent of his attempts for long range, which is tops among anyone to wear maroon and gold. The Magruder High School product connected on 88.1 percent of his free throw attempts over his career, putting him atop the all-time leaderboard.
His 152 three-pointers made is tied for the sixth-most made all-time.
