Basketball games at York postponed
SALISBURY, Md. - Due to the impending snow
storm this weekend, the men's and women's basketball games at
Capital Athletic Conference foe York (Pa.) College have been
postponed. The games have been tentatively rescheduled
for Sunday, Feb. 7, with the men scheduled to tip-off at 2 p.m. and
the women to follow at 4 p.m.
With the current postponements and a worry about travel
conditions into later in the week, the Sea Gulls' games schedule
for Wednesday, Feb. 10 at Marymount (Va.) University have also been
postponed for one day. Those games are now slated for Thursday,
Feb. 11, with the women playing at 6 p.m. and the men's game
beginning at 8 p.m.
Salisbury's next home contests will be on Feb. 13 against CAC
opponent Stevenson University. The women's match-up, at 2 p.m., is
also the team's WBCA Pink Zone game. The men's game, which is also
the team's Alumni Game, will tip-off at 4 p.m.
