Football selected to finish third in NJAC

PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference released its 2018 preseason coaches' poll for football on Thursday and Salisbury University was selected to finish third in the conference.

Salisbury finished behind first-place Wesley (seven first-place votes) and second-place Frostburg State (three first-place votes) after finishing third in the NJAC last season, posting a record of 7-4, which saw the Gulls rally off seven straight victories in NJAC play.  

Kean University, Christopher Newport University, Rowan University, The College of New Jersey, Montclair State University, Southern Virginia University, and William Paterson rounded out the poll in order, respectively.
