Kincaid's school record earns him ACFC Player of the Week honors

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Atlantic Central Football Conference announced its players of the week for this past weekend's action and Brendan Kincaid earned his second Special Teams Player of the Week award after he set a new school record for extra points.

The senior kicker went a perfect 11-of-11 on point after attempts to set the new mark as the Sea Gulls rolled off a school record 79 points.

The Cambridge, Md., native also had 12 kickoffs for 717 yards for a 59.8 yard average. Kincaid was also named ACFC Special Teams Player of the Week after he accounted for 11 points in Salisbury's 40-14 win over SUNY Brockport on September 8.

Junior superback Ronnie Shockley scored three touchdowns and was named honorable mention ACFC Offensive Player of the Week and junior defense back Justin Acker had two interceptions and garnered honorable mention ACFC Defensive Player of the Week honors.

The Sea Gulls have had a total of eight players earn ACFC Player of the Week honors since the beginning of the season.
