As part of Division III Week, we are giving our fans the opportunity to learn more about our student-athletes. Let's get to know Connor Reeves...
Major: Communication Arts
Hometown: Bel Air, Maryland
High School: John Carroll High School
When did you start playing your sport and how did you get involved with it? I started when I was around 4 or 5 years old just in the backyard. Once I was old enough, I played in competitive leagues and fell in love with it then.
What is your greatest athletic accomplishment? Throwing a complete game shutout against Neumann University.
What is your favorite memory of playing at Salisbury University? Winning the conference tournament back to back years. Its always a great feeling when the whole team's hard work pays off and we reach one of our goals.
Who is your biggest hero, athletically or otherwise, and why? My dad is my biggest hero. His work ethic and character is something I have always looked up to and try to model myself after.
What is your favorite part of being a student (not just a student-athlete) at Salisbury University? The atmosphere and the size of the campus is perfect. Also the friends and connections I have made through classes that will carry on throughout my careers.
What do you like to do when you're not at practice, at a game or in class? Golf or fish
What are your plans after graduation? Accept a job in the Sports Management/Marketing field.
