Baseball game with Shorebirds canceled

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University baseball team's exhibition contest with the Delmarva Shorebirds scheduled for Tuesday night has been canceled, due to frigid temperatures and player safety concerns.

The game will not be rescheduled, and Salisbury will continue its season tomorrow, Wednesday, April 6. The Sea Gulls will host Marymount (Va.) University in a Capital Athletic Conference single game at the SU Baseball Field; the first pitch is set for 3:30 p.m.

Fans who have purchased tickets to tonight's game may exchange them for any 2016 home game based on availability. Complimentary tickets that were received are not eligible to be exchanged.
