Two-game series against SUNY Cortland postponed

SALISBURY, Md. – The No. 6 Salisbury University baseball team was set to take on No. 5 State University of New York at Cortland in a two-game series at the SU Baseball Field on Saturday and Sunday, February 21 and 22, but both contests have been postponed due to the inclement weather this week.

Currently, no makeup dates have been announced.

Salisbury has started the season with a pair of wins, defeating Gwynedd Mercy University in the opener, and taking down Virginia Wesleyan College last Saturday, February 14, by a score of 6-5.

The Sea Gulls now look forward to Saturday, February 28 when they will be at home again to compete against State University of New York at New Paltz. The game is set to begin at 12 p.m.
