The senior forward led the Sea Gulls to an NCAA quarterfinal win Saturday, as she tallied a goal and an assist against SUNY Cortland. The Bridgeville, Del., native assisted Salisbury’s first goal of the game, then scored an unassisted goal to seal the deal for the Sea Gulls.

The sophomore slot-back carried the Sea Gulls to a 34-19 victory over ACFC rival Frostburg State University at the 11th annual Regents Cup on Saturday. The Frederick, Md., product racked up a career-high 121 yards on the ground and two touchdowns against the Bobcats. For his efforts, Smedley was named the Mike McGlinchey Most Valuable Player for Salisbury.
