Baseball Field

The SU baseball field is home to the Salisbury University Sea Gulls. The field features an astro-turf infield with dirt cut outs for home plate, first base, second base, third base and the pitcher's mound. The infield surface allows the Sea Gulls to practice when the weather is bad on when other teams can't go outside. The outfield is natural grass.

The field has bleachers for Sea Gull fans and the visiting fans. The baseball diamond is located right off of Wayne Street.

There is an enclosed and heated press box and in the fall of 2007 a new state of the art scoreboard was put in left field, replacing the old scoreboard. Before the start of the 2007 season the Sea Gulls purchased a brand new batting cage due to contributions from SU baseball alumni and Sea Gull fans.

Parking: You can park on Wayne Street or in the side gravel parking lot down the first base line. Please park with caution during the spring around the baseball field as foul balls that leave the park end up in the parking lot or on Wayne Street.
