Salisbury University Classroom Champions

Salisbury University student-athletes not only gain recognition on the field but they do so in the classroom as well. The Sea Gulls have been honored with 20 Academic All-Americans by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) since 2001. SU has also been recognized by the Capital Athletic Conference with eight student-athletes being named CAC Scholar Athlete of the Year since 1999. In 2010-11, SU had 167 student-athletes named to the CAC All-Academic squad.

Sea Gull student-athletes have a significantly higher graduation and retention rate than non student-athletes at SU.

Sea Gull student-athletes have also received national honors by their respective sports governing bodies over the years.
