Randall Smedley
The sophomore slot-back carried the Sea Gulls to a 34-19 victory over ACFC rival Frostburg at the 11th annual Regents Cup on Saturday. The Frederick, Md., product racked up a career-high 121 yards on the ground and two touchdowns against the Bobcats. For his efforts, Smedley was named the Mike McGlinchey Most Valuable Player for Salisbury.
