Jen Houghton
The freshman thrower put up career numbers at the Capital Athletic Conference Track and Field Championships last Saturday in Fredericksburg, Va. Houghton helped lead the Sea Gulls to a second place finish as Salisbury's throwers combined for almost half of the team's points. The Mt. Laurel, N.J., native took first in the hammer throw as she threw it 36.26 meters. She also captured first-place finishes in the shot put and discus. For her efforts she earned three all-conference honors.
